NORWEGIAN FJORD SALMON SALAD

Cut hard-boiled eggs into quarters. Boil new potatoes, drain, peel and let them cool. Separately prepare the dressing for the salmon salad: pour a teaspoon of plain yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper into a bowl; mix everything adding olive oil. Compose the dish: place the rocket, the slices of sashimi salmon and the cut potatoes. Add the quarters of boiled eggs and season with salt and pepper.
