DELICATE APPETIZER MADE WITH FJORD SMOKED SWORDFISH

Season the smoked swordfish fillets with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and add some freshly ground pepper. Put the rocket on a plate, season with oil and salt to taste e and place the swordfish on top of it. Add the olives previously drained from the brine. Serve with a few slices of lightly toasted bread and a drizzle of olive oil.
